wow...last night was a very freighting night for my family, but even more horrifying for our friends. We were waken up by Jackson crying and then found our neighbors house in flames. The entire back of the house was orange. Our other neighbors woke up at the exact same time and they kicked down the front door and got the family out just in time. The smoke detectors didn't go off because the fire was still outside. If our friends hadn't gotten out when they did there is a good chance their baby girl could have been seriously injured because her room was in flames 5 minutes later. Last night was such a long scary night. Their 4 year old stayed at our house and wouldn't go to sleep, he was very awake but really calm. They lost everything in the fire....everything. They don't know if their cars are okay...they have damage on the outside and the car keys were consumed in the fire. Last night was such a daze and so shocking. They think the reason for the fire was electrical. The house is old (1920's) and with the fire in the back of the house, the same location as the gas water heater, gas stove, gas everything, it went up pretty fast.

Please remember to pray for the Wright family. Billy, Christy, Isaiah (4) and Alyssa (9 months)....their insurance is going to really help with pretty much everything, but it still won't cover it all. They are still in shock and just praising God for saving them. God woke us and the other neighbors up just in time and it was a miracle and we don't even want to think about what could have happened. Thanks for your prayers

HOWDY! I have been a very bad XANGA blogger...so sorry. I just haven't been motivated to write anything and I guess that I don't really have anything exciting to write. I am 28 weeks pregnant which means I am in my last trimester. Hard to believe that I have 3 months to go and my life will change quite dramatically. 3 months and my baby girl will be here. We have actually decided on a name, Lauren Elizabeth Bellomy.

Today Jackson has been sick. Fussing off and on all day long. I hope he will sleep a few hours before waking up again. I think he may have a tooth coming in, but who knows. I know there are still at least 4 molars to come in, and the last 4 were a nightmare. UGHHH, and we are having another one....teething is such a hard thing for babies, I don't really look forward to that with the baby girl.

and now for a message from my neighbor....
Lauren has the cutest baby kick ever! I can't wait until my little neighbor baby girl comes and Allison and I get to get girly things for her. She has the cutest big brother, too! Her parent's aren't too bad either. ;)

okay, time to wrap it up...Jackson just started crying again...so much for a few hours. Adios!

well well well....what to say??? Summer is going to end soon and soon my belly will be bigger. Jackson has been so much fun, but he sure does wear me out! Kids are so much work....these last few weeks I have been thinking I am nuts for having another one. Jackson has been having tantrums and really testing his boundaries....YIKES! But then he has other really sweet moments....like kissing all his stuffed animals and mommy and daddy. He has started to really say Momma and Bye Bye all the time....too cute!

Today we are going to go look at a used Toyota 4Runner. We are 95% sure we are going to sell my Endeavor. :( I really love my car and it's fun, but I am having to remind myself, it's just a car. Unfortunately I grew up loving cars and everything about them (mostly going fast!). That is my dad fault....and he still loves cars, so I am guessing there is no hope for me.

Friday night I am going on a girls night out...haven't done that in a long time. They are some girls from my Sunday school class....all stay at home moms. There are only 4 of us (small church and a few recently moved) and I think it will be fun. One lives two doors down from me and we have really gotten to know each other, but I look forward to knowing the others better. I feel like I haven't been involved with a real group of friends since college. I don't know why it's been so hard, but it has been. I look forward to the fall when everything will really pick up and everyone will be in town.

Dave and I have really been talking/praying about our future....the big thing right now is getting out of debt. Not that we have tons, but we definately have some. We do not feel like now is the time to move to TX, even though we really wanted to. Please pray for us as we are really seeking the Lord and the next step for the Bellomy family. The Lord has really given me a peace over the last few weeks to stay here and I am really excitied about what is going to happen here in Siloam. We have been blessed with wonderful friends, a great church and now a second blessing is on the way. We are lucky to get to stay here a little longer.

I guess this is a pretty good update...and one last thing...we find out if baby Bellomy is a girl or a boy August 30th!!!!!! EXCITING, I just can't wait to find out!!!!

First weekend away...

Tomorrow morning I am leaving my precious son for three whole days....this is very exctitng...a little sad, but mostly exciting!

I am flying to Dallas, staying with Jennifer Williams (now Butcher) and her hubby. My brother, Justin, is coming into Dallas tomorrow as well and we are all going to the Astros/Ranger game Friday night. It also happens to be Aggie night, so it should be a ton of fun!

Saturday, we will just hang around, take it easy and eat some good food. Most likely Freebirds! WHOOP!

Sunday, Church and then Justin and I are leaving for Arkansas. We will go to the restaurant, El Pheonix for lunch on the way out of town. There used to be one in the Galleria, long time ago, our family went all the time. So Justin and I are going in memory of the old days, should be nice.

Monday, Dave, Justin, Jackson and myself will be leaving for Kansas City. Justin and I are going to the Royals/Twins Baseball game. We will have some barbeque sometime while there, KC has GREAT barbeque!
*my brother and I are on a mission to visit all the Baseball Stadiums...last summer we went to Wrigley Field...which was incredible!*

Tuesday we come home and celebrate the 4th of July! USA!

Wednesday I will have my first ultrasound of the baby....SUPER EXCITING!

Hope everyone is doing well and I hope all of you have a great weekend!!! Happy 4th of July!
